Iguarnieri

Iguarineri Art Gallery is a studio in Florence, Italy that was launched by artist brothers Roberto and Rodolfo Guarineri, and also includes artists Romano Bacci and Sabrina Gaitan. The artists work independently as well as collaborate on pieces in the same manner that Renaissance workshops of the past functioned. Artwork created together bear the signature Iguarineri, as found in the present works, which are painted in the old-world technique of fresco on wood panel. Painted with a fresh, modern interpretation of the Tuscan landscape, the present paintings are comprised of brightly colored forms outlined in bold black line and depict a simplified scene of cypress trees and Italian farmhouse.
